Appointments

There are no membership or further fees to use Spa Longévite. Treatments can only be booked if a full payment is made at time of booking.

 

Timings

There is a 15 minutes grace period for late arrival. We reserve the rights to give treatment to the next customer.

 

Cancellations

Please refer to the spa’s Refund and Exchange Policy.

 

Children & Young People

At Spa Longévité, anyone under the age of 18 will not be permitted entry. All children are not allowed to be in the spa premises.

 

Medical Conditions

If you are pregnant, have a known allergy or suffer from a medical condition such as high blood pressure, diabetes or have had cancer within the last 5 years, please consult your doctor. We do not have a resident doctor.

Following this advice, please notify us of any condition of which we should be aware while filling up the health questionnaire.

We reserve the right to request and view a doctor's letter prior to entering the Spa or providing a treatment and, if necessary, to refuse the treatment on medical grounds or ask that you sign a disclaimer.

 

Personal belongings

For security reasons, we are unable store large bags or suitcases.

No responsibility can be accepted by Spa Longévité for the safety of money or valuables, whether placed in a locker or not. Spa Longévité will not be liable for damage, injury or loss caused to our guests or their belongings.

 

Smoking, Liquids & Alcohol

Spa Longévité is a non-smoking establishment. We advise against the excessive consumption of alcoholic drinks prior or during your visit to the Spa. You are not permitted to bring in your own drinks, glass bottles and refreshments. We reserve the right to refuse admission.

 

Pets & Animals

We cannot allow guests to bring pets or animals into the Spa. Please advise us in advance if you have a guide dog, so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

 

Spa Conduct

We aim to provide an environment where all our guests can enjoy the special atmosphere. Please respect the peace and privacy of our guests and demonstrate appropriate behaviour within the Spa.

 

Mobile Phones & Cameras

Out of respect for the privacy of all guests and the restful atmosphere, which we are trying to promote, neither mobile phones nor cameras or any form of recording device are permitted in the Spa.
