Spa Longévíté aims to provide massages that specialize in rejuvenation, relaxation and therapy. Our therapists are professionals with experience in the Spa industry. We are committed to giving our clients the best of our service, driven by a passion to serve diligently. Spa Longévíté ensures that all its products and services are of satisfactory quality in accordance with S14(2) of the Sales of Good Act 1979. 

 

Warranties and Services Guarantees 

Spa Longévíté offers professional advice and recommendation to help customers determine the appropriate treatment for their conditions. Where a cooling off period is in effect, Spa Longévíté offers a 14-working-day policy calculated from the date of purchase. Working days exclude all Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. All monies paid by the client will be refunded in full unconditionally. After the 5-working-day cooling period has expired, the Spa Longévíté Exchange and Refund policy shall apply.All purchases are subject to Spa Longévíté’s Exchange and Refund Policy. 

 

Exchange and Refund 

When a refund has been approved, administrative and credit card charges (if any) will apply.

The terms and conditions of the Exchange and Refund Policy are as follows:

• Services sold and delivered are non-refundable.

• However, service to service exchange is allowed for services not yet rendered. 

• After the first 10 minutes of treatment, customer cannot request for a cancellation.

Our Cancellation Policy is prominently displayed in the store and in all communication materials and is strictly adhere to by our Spa. 

 

Deposit 

Spa Longévíté does not operate a system of deposit. However, the client will pay for the full cost of treatment at the time when he makes the appointment. 

 

Redemption of Sales ans Vouchers

Spa Longévíté does not sell sales vouchers.    

 

Selling Activities and Tactics    
Spa Longévíté does not engage in hard selling activities or in any form of selling tactics particularly during treatments. 

Notification of Insurance    
Spa Longévíté does not provide insurance coverage to customers. All our treatments are pay-as-you-use and we do not sell pre-paid packages. 
 

Discounted Prices    
Spa Longévíté does not offer discount on all treatments available in the store.    

 

Payment Methods and Channels    

Spa Longévíté accepts the following forms of payment:

• Credit Cards

• Foreign Currency (as per Orchard Parade Hotel Board Rates) 

Spa Longévíté has a policy to commit to the avoidance of over or undercharging and to ensure correct change is given:

• Charge are clear and legible

• Total amount payable and its breakdown are clearly reflected

• Price lists used are clear and legible

Prices are clearly displayed in all communication materials 

 

Charges for Treatments    

Spa Longévíté states clearly what is included in all prices quoted for treatments excluding taxes and other surcharges.

The policy can be viewed in the store and all communication materials. 

 

Transparency of Pricing    
Spa Longévíté has a clear policy of pricing stated in all communication materials.    
 

Honouring Price Quotes    

Spa Longévíté honours the prices quoted at the time of booking for treatments and other related services.

The policy is clearly stated in all communications materials. 

 

Confidentiality of Customer Data

Spa Longévíté is committed to keeping the personal particulars of its clients strictly confidential.

The clients’ personal particulars are used solely for the purposes of completing transactions and making health declarations.

Where personal information (such as name, address of residence, telephone number and e-mail address) is provided, the follow principles are observed in the handling of such information:

• Security: Personal information will not be released to any third parties. All staff and members undertake strict instruction to ensure the security and integrity of information provided.

• Storage of information: Personal information will be stored in the front office drawers within the Spa Longévíté premises. Access will be restricted by key lock and to authorised staff and members of Spa Longévíté.
